Aerial Yoga is a ton of fun. This is probably an understatement.
I have been experimenting with this exciting form of yoga for a little while now and it never fails to bring a smile to my face whenever I think about it. Perhaps the most curious thing about this practice is the relative ease with which bot absolute novices at yoga as well as the seasoned practitioners build up the confidence to move into seemingly gravity defying postures.
My verdict: Aerial Yoga is a must-try.
