A few things to remember to improve your yoga class experience
Please get your own yoga mats, mat covers, hand- towels and any other items that you may need for practice.
Here a few things that we recommend.
- Please be on time for the class – centering and preparing oneself mentally for a class is just as important as the asana practice.
- Turn mobile phones off and try to avoid getting into side-conversations during the class. These can be extremely distracting.
- It is normal to not be able to perform certain asanas. Each body type has its own gifts and challenges. Its important not to push to make it look like it does for someone else.
